By placing an order with FIORE CHICAGO, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service.

Custom Artwork

FIORE CHICAGO creates one-of-a-kind floral preservation artwork using natural botanical materials. Because every flower, bouquet, and preservation process is unique, no two finished pieces will be identical.

Flowers naturally change during preservation and may experience variations in color, shape, texture, size, or overall appearance. Some flowers may preserve differently than others, and these natural changes are not considered defects.

Artistic Discretion

By commissioning FIORE CHICAGO, you entrust the studio with creative and artistic discretion regarding the preservation, placement, composition, and design of your flowers. Finished artwork reflects the signature style and professional judgment of FIORE CHICAGO.

Specific design requests may be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Condition of Flowers

The quality and condition of flowers upon arrival directly affect preservation results. FIORE CHICAGO cannot guarantee the preservation of flowers that arrive damaged, wilted, bruised, molded, excessively aged, improperly stored, or otherwise compromised.

FIORE CHICAGO reserves the right to exclude individual flowers or botanical materials that are unsuitable for preservation or use in the final artwork.

Turnaround Times

All turnaround times provided by FIORE CHICAGO are estimates and are not guaranteed completion dates. Floral preservation is a delicate, multi-step process, and additional time may occasionally be necessary to maintain the quality of the finished artwork.

Payments

Any required deposit must be paid to secure your order. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, remaining balances must be paid in full before completed artwork is released, picked up, delivered, or shipped.

Final Sale & Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of floral preservation artwork, all sales are final. Deposits and payments are non-refundable, and FIORE CHICAGO does not offer returns or exchanges on custom artwork.

If there is an issue with your completed order, please contact FIORE CHICAGO so the studio can review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution, if applicable.

Original Flowers & Remaining Materials

Floral preservation permanently alters the original flowers. Flowers and botanical materials submitted to FIORE CHICAGO cannot be returned to their original condition.

Not every flower or botanical element provided will necessarily be incorporated into the finished artwork. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before preservation begins, unused or remaining botanical materials will not be returned.

Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

Customers are responsible for following all provided instructions regarding flower delivery, drop-off, pickup, and shipping.

Once completed artwork has been transferred to the customer or shipping carrier, FIORE CHICAGO is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, storage, display, or environmental conditions outside the studio's control.

Care & Longevity

Preserved flowers remain natural botanical materials and may continue to change gradually over time. Exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, humidity, or other environmental conditions may accelerate fading or deterioration.

While FIORE CHICAGO uses professional preservation methods designed to promote longevity, the studio cannot guarantee that preserved flowers will maintain their exact color or appearance indefinitely.

Photography & Portfolio Use

FIORE CHICAGO may photograph completed artwork for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. Personal identifying information will not be included without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FIORE CHICAGO's liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product or service.

Changes to These Terms

FIORE CHICAGO reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The terms applicable to an order are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
